I was very happy then to find the following article on Bella Online with a pattern and full instructions to make this simple dress to fit Tiny Betsy and other 8 inch dolls...
If you click on the pic you should go straight to the appropriate page ^-^!
And while we're on the subject of Tiny Betsy McCall, my Peggy has dicided that she doesn't want to be Peggy anymore. Her name is now 'Bunty'. :)

Bunty! What a darling name!
ReplyDeleteThis is a very cute dress. You did an excellent job with it! She looks very elegant and ready to go to a lovely tea party.
I've just seen a photo of the teeny eensy weensy gloves that someone actually knitted for the Coraline figures in the movie. Astoundingly small.
I got a tiny betsy for Valentines Day, or at least, it's on its way from ebay land!
ReplyDeleteThanks Bella, unfortunately I didn't make this particular dress, it's just to illustrate *blushes*...
ReplyDeleteI'll have to look out for the teensy gloves, hard to imagine how it could be done! I'm just learning to knit but I'm a bit ham fisted I'm afraid, lol!
Hi again Analee! COngrats on your new Betsy McCall, I hope you'll share pics when she arrives!
